I am a qualified facilitator in Emotional and Energetic Intelligence, amongst other modalities in my ever growing "toolbox".

We tell ourselves "stories" that have happened during out lifetime.  These stories are negative emotions and energies that definitely do not serve us.  

As human beings we have have all gone through shit.  This is not good nor bad, this is not right nor wrong.  We haven't known any better than listen to these stories.

This course is about understanding what this all means, how we have got to this point with these limiting beliefs and stories and how we can move forward to get to a place of LOVE.  In addition I will be adding astrology into the mix for an even greater understanding of who you are.

This course will run for 8 weeks.  Each week we will meet via Zoom.  All meetings will be recorded and uploaded into a private FB course group.
